Wellness Partner Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to businesses, organizations, vendors, sponsors, and other participants (“Wellness Partners” or “Partners”) registering for a Diamonds Garden Wellness event, Community Wellness Experience, Wellness Experience Tour, or other partner opportunity offered by Diamonds Garden, LLC, doing business as Diamonds Garden Wellness (“Diamonds Garden Wellness”).

By registering, submitting payment, or participating in an event, the Partner acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.
 

1. Registration & Payment

Partner registration is not confirmed until the required registration fee or other agreed payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Diamonds Garden Wellness.

Registration fees apply only to the event, date, participation level, and package selected at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Diamonds Garden Wellness reserves the right to establish registration deadlines and close registration when available Partner spaces have been filled.

2. Partner Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that business circumstances may change. Because Diamonds Garden Wellness begins planning, marketing, purchasing, venue coordination, and other event preparations in advance, refunds are based upon the date written notice of cancellation is received.

For individual event registrations:
 

90 days or more before the scheduled event:
90% of the amount paid will be refunded.
 

60–89 days before the scheduled event:
75% of the amount paid will be refunded.
 

30–59 days before the scheduled event:
50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
 

Less than 30 days before the scheduled event:
Registration fees are non-refundable.
 

No-show or same-day cancellation:
No refund or credit will be issued.
 

Any applicable payment-processing fees that are not returned to Diamonds Garden Wellness by the payment processor may be deducted from the refund.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Diamonds Garden Wellness. The date the written request is received will determine the applicable refund amount.
 

3. Registration Transfers & Event Credits

Diamonds Garden Wellness understands that unexpected circumstances can occur. At its discretion, Diamonds Garden Wellness may allow a Partner to transfer an eligible registration to another Diamonds Garden Wellness event occurring within 12 months of the original event date.

Transfers are subject to event availability, participation requirements, location, pricing differences, and approval by Diamonds Garden Wellness.

A transfer or credit is not guaranteed and has no cash value. Any additional amount due for a higher-priced event or participation level must be paid before the transferred registration is confirmed.
 

4. Multi-Event & Tour Partner Packages

Partners purchasing packages that include multiple Wellness Experience Tour dates, sponsorships, or other bundled participation opportunities may be subject to additional cancellation requirements.

Once participation in a multi-event package has begun, amounts associated with completed events are non-refundable.

Any refund or credit for remaining events will be determined according to the applicable package agreement and the cancellation terms provided at the time of purchase.
 

5. Event Changes by Diamonds Garden Wellness

Diamonds Garden Wellness reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event schedules, participating activities, venue layouts, program elements, event hours, or locations when necessary.

If an event is rescheduled, the Partner's registration will automatically transfer to the rescheduled event unless otherwise communicated by Diamonds Garden Wellness.
 

If Diamonds Garden Wellness cancels an event and does not provide a replacement or rescheduled event, affected Partners will be offered a refund of the applicable registration amount paid or the option to transfer the payment to another eligible Diamonds Garden Wellness event.
 

6. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Diamonds Garden Wellness will make reasonable efforts to conduct events as scheduled. However, events may be postponed, relocated, modified, or cancelled because of severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, facility emergencies, public safety concerns, utility failures, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Diamonds Garden Wellness.

When possible, Diamonds Garden Wellness will provide affected Partners with information regarding rescheduling, transfer options, or available event credits.
 

7. Partner Responsibilities

Each Partner is responsible for maintaining all licenses, permits, certifications, insurance, and other authorizations required to legally provide, demonstrate, promote, or sell its products or services.

Partners are responsible for the conduct of their owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and guests while participating in a Diamonds Garden Wellness event.

Partners must conduct themselves professionally and in a manner consistent with a safe, respectful, welcoming wellness environment.

Diamonds Garden Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation when conduct, products, activities, or representations create a safety concern, violate event requirements, or are inconsistent with the purpose or professional standards of the event.
 

8. Partner Space

Partners must remain within their assigned event space unless otherwise authorized.

Tables, displays, signage, equipment, products, demonstrations, electrical equipment, and other materials must comply with venue and Diamonds Garden Wellness requirements.

Partners are responsible for their own property and materials unless otherwise expressly stated.
 

9. Products, Services & Representations

Participation as a Wellness Partner does not constitute an endorsement, certification, medical recommendation, or guarantee by Diamonds Garden Wellness of a Partner's business, products, services, or claims.

Each Partner is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims made concerning its products and services and for complying with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
 

10. Photography & Event Media

Diamonds Garden Wellness may photograph or record its events for business, educational, promotional, website, and social-media purposes.

Partners should notify Diamonds Garden Wellness in writing before an event if there are specific restrictions concerning the use of the Partner's trademarks, proprietary displays, or other protected materials.
 

11. Limitation of Responsibility

Partners are responsible for safeguarding their own merchandise, equipment, supplies, personal property, and business materials.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Diamonds Garden Wellness is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, interruption of business, lost sales, or other losses arising from a Partner's participation in an event except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Diamonds Garden Wellness does not guarantee event attendance, customer leads, sales, revenue, business opportunities, or other commercial results from participation.
 

12. Payment Disputes

Partners should contact Diamonds Garden Wellness directly regarding questions or concerns about registration charges, refunds, or credits so that reasonable efforts can be made to resolve the matter.

Approved refunds will be returned through the appropriate available payment method whenever reasonably possible.
 

13. Acceptance of Terms

By completing registration and submitting payment, the Partner confirms that they have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional requirements provided for the applicable event.
 

Diamonds Garden Wellness may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The terms presented and accepted at the time of registration will apply to that registration unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
