Welcome to Diamonds Garden, where time slows down and restoration begins. Sip a warm cup of tea, indulge in a rejuvenating facial mask, or simply relax as gentle aromatherapy calms your mind and eases away the stresses of the day. Surrounded by a peaceful atmosphere inspired by nature, you'll discover a place created to restore your mind, body, and spirit. Each Garden Experience is thoughtfully curated for up to two hours, allowing you to fully embrace the journey of wellness without feeling rushed.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling Appointments Appointments are available by reservation and may be scheduled online or by phone. A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Advance reservations are recommended, particularly for evenings and weekends. Wellness Members receive priority scheduling when appointments are available. Appointment Confirmations Guests receive an immediate booking confirmation. Reminder notifications are sent approximately 48 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Arrival Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check in, relax, and discuss your wellness goals. Late arrivals may receive a shortened experience to avoid delaying the next guest's appointment. Full service fees still apply. Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment incur no fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Appointments may be rescheduled online or by contacting our team. Wellness Member Courtesy As a courtesy, each Wellness Member may receive one complimentary late cancellation per calendar year for unexpected circumstances. Additional late cancellations are subject to the standard cancellation policy. No-Show Policy Guests who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged the full appointment fee. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments. Deposits A deposit may be required for Couples Experiences, Specialty Experiences, Half-Day Experiences, Corporate Wellness Reservations, or Private Events. Deposits are applied to the final balance. Illness & Emergencies If you are experiencing a fever, flu-like symptoms, or another contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly assist with rescheduling whenever appropriate. Therapist Availability If a Garden Experience Guide becomes unexpectedly unavailable, Diamonds Garden will promptly notify you and offer another qualified provider or the earliest available appointment. Payment Payment is due at the completion of your experience unless covered by a Wellness Membership, gift certificate, promotional offer, or corporate agreement.
